Return & Exchange Policy

You have up to 14 days from the delivery date to request a return or exchange.

How It Works (English)

  1. Submit a return / exchange request within 14 days of delivery.
  2. Wait for confirmation and pickup / drop-off instructions from our team.
  3. After receiving the shoe, inspecting it and making sure that it is in its original condition, we approve the refund or exchange.
  4. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Important Notes

  • Customized or engraved items may not be eligible for return, unless defective.
  • Heavily used or damaged items cannot be accepted.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the issue is from our side.

كيف تتم عملية الاسترجاع / الاستبدال؟

  1. قدّم طلب استرجاع أو استبدال خلال ١٤ يومًا من تاريخ استلام الطلب.
  2. انتظر تأكيد فريق الدعم وتعليمات استلام المنتج أو تسليمه.
  3. بعد استلام الحذاء وفحصه والتأكد من أنه بحالته الأصلية، يتم الموافقة على الاسترجاع أو الاستبدال.
  4. يتم تحويل المبلغ إلى وسيلة الدفع الأصلية خلال تقريبًا ٧–١٠ أيام عمل.

ملاحظات هامة

  • المنتجات المخصّصة أو المنقوشة قد لا تكون قابلة للاسترجاع إلا في حالة وجود عيب تصنيع.
  • لا يمكن قبول المنتجات المستخدمة استخدامًا واضحًا أو المتضرّرة من سوء الاستخدام.
  • في الغالب لا يتم استرداد رسوم الشحن إلا إذا كان الخطأ من جانبنا.
