Where do you ship and how long does delivery take?

We currently deliver across Egypt. Orders are usually delivered within 2–5 business days, depending on your city and courier schedule.

Can I change or cancel my order?

If your order has not yet been shipped, we’ll do our best to update or cancel it. Please contact us as soon as possible with your order number.

Are your wallets really handmade?

Yes. Every Lusso wallet is handcrafted from carefully selected leather, with detailed stitching and premium finishing.

How do I request a return or exchange?
